TEA PREPARATION - Great Iced or Hot! Boil 3 cups of water. Add approximately 1 TBS of crushed mamaki leaves to boiling water. Remove from heat, cover and let steep for 10 to 15 minutes. To increase strength, taste and color, let steep longer. Yield: 4 – 6 cups of hot tea.
